Preamble:

• The Parties enter into this Contract to fulfill the obligations to further develop the ....................... module of the National Health Knowledge Network ("the Module")
• The Parties consisting of the MRC and [ ], have come together to develop a unique system and information products for the Module. The Parties will work together as an integrated development team, with project management led by die MRC Knowledge Management Division in close collaboration with the Module Champion and domain expertise led by the members of the [Partner institute].
• The Parties mutually depend on each other's resources to strengthen the goals and objectives of each party and that of the collaboration.
• Any contractual agreements with third Parties will be subject to prior agreement by the Parties who will not unreasonably oppose such an agreement.
