SADC
Epidemiology network on Drug Use (SENDU)
 |
What
is SENDU?
Through the SADC Epidemiology Network on Drug Use (SENDU)
initiative, with funding from the European Commission and
with additional technical support from the UNDCP's Global
Assessment Programme on Drug Abuse and other agencies, a
plan has been drawn up to support the development of substance
abuse surveillance systems in each of the SADC member states
over the next 5 years. The project is being coordinated
by the Alcohol & Drug Abuse Research Group of the Medical
Research Council of South Africa (MRC) in collaboration
with SADC. |
