Practitioners workshop
A successful 3-day practitioners workshop was held at the University of the Western Cape, Winter School in July 2006. Eighteen people from South Africa registered for the course. Trainers from the MISA network included Bob Mash, Angeni Bheekie, Pat Mayers, Graham Bresick and Rubin Adams. All these new practitioners were added to the MISA list serv.

Practitioners workshop
A 2-day practitioner workshop was held at the Lanzerac Conference Centre in Stellenbosch with 40 new practitioners on 11-12th September.  Three quarters of the participants were from South Africa and a quarter from overseas - Netherlands, USA and UK. Stephen Rollnick, Kathy Goumas and Nina Gobat led the workshop. Although Stephen and Nina are originally South African they now live in Wales and England respectively - Kathy is from Northern Ireland. Delegates will join the MISA list serv.

Training of New Trainers
A very successful training of new trainers in MI was held and all the participants are now official MINTies. Thanks to the trainers Jeff Allison and Rik Bes for an inspiring 3-day event. About half the participants were from southern Africa and half from the Netherlands, Sweden, UK, USA and even Nepal. All those in Africa will be added to the MISA list serv.
