MISA meeting

Dear All,

We will be having a meeting for the members of the MISA network on Friday 10th August 14h00-16h30 at the Division of Family Medicine, Tygerberg Campus. The purpose of the meeting will be to:

1. Discuss the production of a local DVD / video resource for use in our MI training. This will be made by us and based on local topics and settings. Loren Human will co-ordinate this project to hopefully deliver a 'local is lekker' product by the end of the year.
2. Showcase the latest electronic resource from Jeff Allison called the Edinburgh Interview which I have purchased for MISA. The interview demonstrates the use of MI in a man with an alcohol problem and contains the audio-tape, sub-titles/transcipt, commentary on use of MI, explanatory notes and other resources.
