½ hamburger roll, bagel, or muffin
½ cup cooked porridge, rice, or pasta
1 cup ready-to-eat cereal (30g)
3 – 4/6 plain crackers

Starchy vegetables

1 cup cooked butternut, pumpkin, beetroot, peas or corn
1 cup of mixed vegetables with corn
1 medium potato (90g)
1 small sweet potato
1/2 cup of mashed potato or other root vegetables
